"Posed as TFL, Larc has conceptually initiated a participatory act of democracy paying homage to the Chartist movement and the iconic “Monster Rally” which took place on Kennington Common on 10th of April 1848. It is widely believed that the Chartist Movement helped lay the foundations for our contemporary concept of democracy. Larc has skillfully manifested this notion of laying the foundations by constructing five walls from the ground up, each requiring foundations. The extreme pointlessness of the democratic act proposed by Larc, draws attention to how far our democratic freedoms have come, celebrating the achievements of Chartist Movement."
